My Journey
I’m a mom to an amazing 7-year-old, and I know firsthand the challenges of juggling parenting, work, and personal well-being. As single parents, we often put ourselves last—but I strongly believe that by putting myself first, I put my child first. When we take care of our own health, happiness, and mindset, we show up as better, more present, and more patient parents.
I learned this lesson the hard way. After burning out in a high-pressure Fortune 500 job, I realized that prioritizing well-being is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. I left my corporate role, navigated major life transitions, and pursued my passion for coaching. Now, I help other single parents create a life that feels fulfilling, not just busy—one where both you and your child thrive.
